SERHII PROKOPOV’S CONDUCTING AND CHORAL PEDAGOGYIN THE ARTISTIC AND EDUCATIONAL SPACE OF KHARKIV REGION
It is considered in the article the conducting and choral pedagogy of the modern choirmaster S. Prokopov in the artistic and educational space of Kharkiv region. The role of the ideological load of musical art in the historical and cultural context of the development of the choral genre of the epoch is analyzed. It is outlined that at the present stage of development of music-pedagogical education conducting and choral art: firstly, directs the formation of the high level of professionalism of a future specialist, development of his or her personality and spiritual culture, and secondly, provides the best highly artistic examples of choral art of different times and genres.
Analysis of the modern scientific researches of the phenomenon gives grounds for making significant changes in the structure and content of S. Prokopovs conducting and choral pedagogy, designed to fill the educational process in the context of phenomenological, humanistic, personal and creative approaches. Certain tasks of the rehearsal process of conducting and choral pedagogy, its content, structural and methodological levels of the future specialist are highlighted.
The main pedagogical stages of work used by the teacher-choirmaster S. Prokopov in the educational process in the discipline "Choral Conducting" in the pedagogical views formation are outlined. It is determined that the famous choral conductor has a special conductors gesture, which ensures the quality of the study of choral work, develops musical taste, interest in the studied, worldview, and the most importantly – cultivates a sense of beauty, makes well-developed future professionals of our society.
It is pointed out that Serhii Prokopovs conducting and choral pedagogy includes the following main areas: history of choral culture and conducting and choral education, musical regionalism, conceptual principles of teaching art disciplines, methods of childrens music education, evolution of musical styles, performing interpretation of choral music.
It is proved that S. Prokopovs conducting and choral pedagogy in the artistic and educational space of Kharkiv region has not lost its relevance and is based on the general laws of music and pedagogical education, that reflect the inner essence of the process of vocal and choral knowledge, skills and abilities and is the key to successful professional training of future music teachers.
