Анотація
Статтю присвячено аналізу концептуальних орієнтирів європейської інтеграції в галузі освіти і навчання в ЄС крізь призму теорій європейської інтеграції. Констатовано актуальність цього дослідження після отримання Україною статусу кандидата на членство в ЄС, оскільки теоретичні рамки європейської інтеграції пропонують розуміння логіки та динаміки гармонізації, аналітичних інструментів для орієнтування у процесі узгодження зі стандартами включно з освітою. Для досягнення мети застосовано метод порівняльного аналізу досліджень ключових теорій європейської інтеграції, еволюції їхнього внеску в модель європейської інтеграції у галузі освіти і навчання. Розкрито, що європейська інтеграція в освіті є складним процесом, що формується як економічними імперативами, так і соціально-політичними орієнтирами. Незважаючи на належність сектору освіти і навчання до компетенції держав-членів та виклики культурного і політичного розмаїття, освітня інтеграція демонструє динаміку. Завдяки «м’якій силі» у форматі відкритого методу координації, спільним цілям і стратегічним програмам ЄС сприяє інтенсифікації почуття спільної мети в освіті. Сучасна модель європейської інтеграції працює без тотальної децентралізації та ґрунтується на позиції гармонізації, координації і модернізації національних політик та систем освіти і навчання. Зроблено висновок, що теорія європейської інтеграції в освіті охоплює ідеї і концепції, які працюють на обґрунтування причин, практик та перспектив співпраці європейських країн і моделей гармонізації національних систем освіти в рамках загального процесу європейської інтеграції під егідою ЄС. Теорії європейської інтеграції покликані забезпечити розуміння комплексності та еволюції ролі освіти в європейському проєкті. Комплексний формат концептуальних рамок має вирішальне значення для обґрунтування інтеграційного впливу в умовах дисбалансу між національним розмаїттям і європейською конвергенцією, обмеженим правом ЄС у секторі освіти і навчання, нерівномірним доступом до ресурсів між країнами та регіонами.
