Abstract
The article offers a view on the synergetic discourse of issue of the teacher’s professional and creative self-realization. The teacher’s professional and creative self-realization is studied as a process of interaction between two complex systems – the personality and the pedagogical system of the teacher. The pedagogical system of the teacher is considered as a product of personal and authorial self-realization. The teacher-author designs all components of the educational process. The responsiveness, stability and hierarchy of professional self-realization of the teacher is studied as an open, complicated system; the non-linear nature of the relationship between the personal and projective components of pedagogical self-realization is rationalized; the mechanism of the influence of teacher selfrealization on the qualitative transformation of the educational system is described; the equilibrium and dynamic models of professional self-realization of the teacher are compared; the essence of the concepts of “teacher’s professional and creative self-realization”, “professional I-concept of teacher”, “pedagogical experience”, “author pedagogical system” are specified; the author’s position concerning the expansion of freedom of choice of teachers-practitioners within the frame of the effective solution of professional tasks is explained based on the synergetics principles. The prospects of scientific research: management and design of humanitarian systems, pedagogical autonomy and professional responsibility of teacher, the mechanisms of the authorial self-realization of the teacher, criteria for monitoring of the quality of professional and creative self-realization of the teacher.
