DEVELOPMENT OF SCIENTIFIC MANAGEMENT OF GEI AND ITS STRUCTURAL METHODOLOGICAL COMPOSITIONS

Abstract

The article deals with the generalized achievements of the dissertation researches of the national scientists of the problems of the theory and practice of management of the NECs that have been carried out over the past 25 years. The article presents the indicators of the number and main directions of research on the scientific problems of the management of health centers in Ukraine. The materials of the article reveal the structure and content of the management methodology, typical tendencies in the reform of secondary education and management of the school in the way of their implementation. As well as the formation and improvement of the theory and technologies of effective leadership in the process of development of the scientific school of management of health centers in Ukraine in the second half of the XX – first decades of the XXI century. The structure details of the scientific category of the methodology of the Department of Higher Education: outlook, theoretical and organizational technological, their content and forms of manifestation in organizational and pedagogical activity in the process of school leadership are revealed in detail.
