Abstract

Features of modern trends in theory and methods of forming health culture of future HR-managers are grounded.The rating of HR-manager’s general competencies on the basis of a survey of employersis determined.The analysis of the real state of using modern health preserving technologies in everyday life by HR-managers is carried out. The essence of the competenceoriented format of professional training of future HR-managers is revealed. The ways of improving of professional training of students – future HR-managers on the basis of introduction of modern technologies of health preservation for formation of their health culture are outlined. The specifics of the content of forming the competence of health preserving technology of students – future HRmanagers are generalized. It is revealed that today human-centered paradigm of modern economy is considered as the primary condition for sustainable development of society. In the process of professional training of future HR-managers to the forefront come economic and legal knowledge – on the one hand, and social and natural knowledge – on the other. The mechanisms of formation of health preserving competence of students – future HR-managers on the basis of socialization of profession training content, which determines the culture of their behavior in order to maintain their own health, are outlined. It is stated that the combination of economic and socially significant concepts in the process of professional training of future HR-managers directly determine the indicator of health culture and human attitude to him/herself, and through him/herself – to the society as a whole.
