Abstract
It is known that human health depends on many factors: heredity, socio-economic and environmental factors, health system. According to the World Health Organization, it is only 10 % due to the last factor by 20 % – due to genetic factors, 20 % – determined by environmental conditions and by almost 50 % – the conditions and way of life. Thus, it is clear that the formation and preservation of health depends on the person’s lifestyle, values attitudes towards health; harmonize his inner world with the environment. World Scientists have long concluded that the main direction towards health is formation of healthy way of life, from early childhood. Hence the invaluable role of education in solving planetary problems preservation of human health. In this way, the school can teach children to form a valuable attitude to health, to make level and quality of life higher. Most effectively it can be done in health promoting schools. We consider that the use of positive European experience of the national health promoting schools improves their work. Current issues of heath sustaining activities in health promoting schools are the question of study of C. Blanchard, L. Green, О. Yezhova, I. Young, M. Havlinová, K. Felvinczi, J. Karski, L. St. Leger, B. Paksi, M. Perry, I. Simonyi, Н. Štumarová, T. Williams, B. Woynarowskiejatalias. The article analyzes a great number of concepts that comprise content basis of the research, among them: health promotions and health promotion activities of domestic and European researchers. It was established that the main theoretical approaches that underlie were more concerned with health care institutions in Poland, the Czech Republic and Hungary. The issues under investigation observed similarity which is to form the subjects of the educational process of experience and motivation to actively search for optimal strategies for the formation of their own health through the mechanisms of personal selfactualization and self-realization in the documents of Russian and Ukrainian.
