Abstract
The article reveals the problem of improving the qualification in the course of teachers of sexual education in European countries. In particular, universities, colleges, implement sexual courses education for teachers of educational institutions (Scandinavian countries); training for listeners of professional development courses is quitecomm on (Poland); to improve the professional training of sex education teachers conferences and seminars, faculties of post graduate education are opened and courses with different term of study are launched (Austria, Baltic States). The Institute of Sexual Education (Dortmund, Germany) is a leading professional Institute of Sexual Education in German-speaking countries, which offers specialized courses for various categories of teachers (beginners and experienced teachers). In addition, through the creation of special programs in the network of non-formal education centers, associations, societies (Federal Center of Health Education, Germany), as well as through the system of distance learning. Тhe issue of training a teacher in the studied countries is developed from the standpoint of modern pedagogical science, which takes into account the world trends in the development of sexual education. National peculiarities of education in each country are a decisive factor in the organization of pedagogical education in general and sexual education in particular. At the same time, mutual study of experience in solving the personnel problem in each country contributes to the achievement of the main goal of international cooperation in the field of sexual education: the formation of high culture of interpersonal behavior in the society in the students and responsibility for the consequences of their risky behavior.
