In addition, the main principles of modernization of the present educational system were formulated; and ways of harmonization of the eight determining factors that can be used to ensure the goal-directed formation of learner’s personal intelligence at the classlesson system were identified. Such as:

- the changes in the way of teacher training;
- the increasing of the number of individual, collective and individual-collective forms of competition in the learning environment;
- the domination of democratically-generalized forms over dogmatical forms of feedback and assessment of educational achievements;
- the orientation of training process to career clusters – groups of related professions (based on the theory of multiple intelligences);
- the active implementation of the model « knowledge and competence»;
