Abstract

The problem of educating of future teachers is considered in the article. The necessity of application of the competency approach is distinguished near planning of results of educating and elements of the synergetics going near educating and his activation. On the examples of pedagogical actions and between subjectness of educating found out synergies of their influence on the results of education process, the necessity of the use of the indicated factors is shown at his planning, especially in the context of training of future teacher. Usage of elements of synergistically approach to creating of educational influences not only it is possible but also, during his correct realization, makes available:
a) improvement of educations results that is predetermined by setting in application of topic knowledge for the decision of tasks from other knowledge branches;
b) increase of motivation of studies, that is predetermined by the selection of interesting, sometimes paradoxical, facts, by an exposure personality of important applications of educational material a student in everyday life, vitally important situations and others like that;
c) emotional support of motivation of educational activity, creation of grounds for «aha experiencing»;
d) creation of super subject associative connections the presence of that is needed not only for forming of proof system knowledge but also key competitions, in particular компетентностей from bases of sciences;
e) substantial strengthening of the educator influences sent to forming of readiness of students to future professional.
