Abstract

The article reveals the essence of the theory of networking as innovation that transforms in the teaching practice in educational institutions. The analysis was conducted on the research in the context of the abovementioned problem; the trends of networking theory in educational systems were revealed. The process of networking in the organization of the profession-oriented studies that is linked to the rational use of the resource potential of educational institutions, the cooperation of the subjects of educational districts was specified. The differences between traditional and network structures are taken into account in organizing professionoriented teaching in the educational district. Networking is considered as the basis of profession-oriented education, which positively affects the results of the educational process. The interaction of secondary schools and institutions in social and cultural spheres, their cooperation and partnership are aimed at ensuring the proper level of professionoriented education, development of innovative capacity which promotes the production of new forms of educational services for the seniors. Prospects of the networking ideas are confirmed by the achievements of the cooperation of student groups, teachers - heads of educational institutions, employees of the socio-cultural sphere, whose joint activities are aimed at achieving a common goal - improving the quality of specialized education in secondary schools in rural areas.
