Abstract
The basis of this study is developing new approaches to teachers’ training for innovation and projects activities. This research on project innovation patterns of teachers training for innovations is carried out according to the innovation activity, defined by the Law of Ukraine on the Higher Education. The purpose of the project is providing scientific basis, development and experimental verification of the new comprehensive model. The project is realized in the interaction of five centers that represent the main activities. These are: the Center of Innovation Training, Educational Consulting Center, the Center of Educational Expertise, the Center of e-Education, Publishing Center. Each of them is specialized in solving specific problems of teachers and educators. The author of the article gives her own vision of the program as a professional online educational community “AIED”. It is being created to connect teachers, trainers, educational managers and other experts in the field of education into a single professional online network. The project assists in solving the most acute routine problems in teachers’ and educators’ professional activity. The author emphasizes on the implementation of the project “Academy of Innovation Education Development” as the one providing implementation the strategy of the national education policy realized in the aspects of innovation development, shaping teacher’s competent and developed personality. The goal of the article is suggested to be achieved by means of presenting teachers educational innovations, giving them scientific support in the implementation of those and involving teachers to be active in the innovation educational projects. It can be realized under conditions such as listed in the article. They are: the search for effective adults’ teaching methods, providing their professional and psychological readiness for the new needs of the labor market, creative thinking, self-perfection, effective communication in professional on-line communities and innovation teaching practices exchange.
