Abstract

The article is devoted to finding ways to improve the quality of teacher training in the face of civilizational challenges. The authors substantiate the need to introduce new approaches, which play an important role in the formation of pedagogical professionalism of future primary school teachers in connection with its reform. The competences that modern organizers of primary education (key, psychological, pedagogical and subject) should acquire in accordance with the requirements of the concept of the New Ukrainian School and the Professional Standard of Primary School Teacher are determined; ways to form motivation for active professional activity as a component of professional training of future primary school teachers, in particular innovative technologies of educational activity organization (games, training, coaching technologies, master classes, simulation methods, modeling, critical thinking methods, classroom analysis with videos), new forms and methods that can be implemented in traditional methods, but focused on the process, not just on the content, provide for the harmonization of intellectual and emotional, creative development and selfdevelopment. Intelligence and emotions are two components of the success of professional activity of future specialists of primary education, and their harmonization is the basis of a high level of professionalism of a modern teacher.
An important area of work is also the preparation of future primary school teachers to integrate educational material in the content of related subjects and work in an inclusive educational space through the introduction of special courses, content modules, project activities. According to the authors, a group of communicative skills that promote the formation of students' emotional culture as a personal education that can provide skills to manage their own emotions and emotional state of participants in the educational process, and positively affect the emotional intelligence of future teachers are as follows: the ability to observe behavior of other people in the process of communication, the ability to navigate in different situations of communication, the ability to control themselves in communication and interaction with others.
