Abstract
The article describes the conceptual apparatus of the system of formation of professional identity of future specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy. It is described the essence of the concepts of «higher education», «institution of higher education», «profession», «preparation», «readiness», «vocational training», «professional training of future specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy», «system», «formation», «professional», «professionalism», «future specialist», «future specialist in physical therapy, ergotherapy», «competence», «competence of physical therapist, ergotherapist», «identification», «identity», «professional identity», «professional identity of specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy». According to the results of the analysis of the scientific literature, we consider the concept crucial for our scientific research. It is emphasized that professional training of future specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy is a complex pedagogical system that has the following properties: unity and interconnection of different structural elements, united by common purpose and unified functioning; the only internal organization based on relationships and interdependencies between system components, interaction with the environment. It is established that professional identity is a person's representation of his/her place in a professional group, as well as of his/her professional group's place in the system of social relations. The future specialist in physical therapy, ergotherapy is a person who purposefully acquires in higher education institutions a specialty that is related to clinical activity, research and education. The professional identity of specialists in physical therapy, ergotherapy is proposed to be interpreted as the professional formation of a specialist, which involves the self-identification of a physical therapist or ergotherapist with a model of personality of specialists in this area, which is formed in his/her mind in the process of professional preparation, activity and professional knowledge. own model of professional activity.
