Abstract
The article outlines the results of the formative stage of pedagogic experiment, which allowed to check and evaluate the levels of readiness of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for conducting professional activity at military lyceums by the methods of mathematical statistics. The author determined the components of the readiness of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for professional activity at military lyceums, in particular: pedagogical culture, culture of dialogue, instructional and educational practice, bilateral dialogue within instructional and educational work at military lyceums. To develop the above mentioned components of the researched readiness the study course «Pedagogy and Military Education» was developed and implemented within 3 military institutions. The total number of the involved cadets is 352 people, started from 2014 up to 2020 year. The author`s role playing game «Methods of training and monitoring in educational process» was introduced and tested in course of the research. The analysis of the results of the formative stage of the experiment proved the increasing of the level of readiness among the respondents of the experimental group due to the introduction of interactive teaching methods (namely, «brainstorming», role playing and military games) during educational process at military lyceums. Such approaches lead cadets to self-realization, self-study and help them to master practical skills based on gained experience (including intellectual creativity connected with peculiarities of military service and decision making process). Evaluation of the levels of readiness of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for professional activity at military lyceums with the help of the results of mathematical statistics proved the effectiveness of the proposed author`s methods which can deeply enhance military training process of future patriots and protectors of Ukraine.
