Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of finding out the essence of interactive teaching methods and their possibilities while forming an effective educational environment in the framework of the social workers’ professional training. It’s substantiated the position, that competent education naturally provides orientation towards the integral goal – formation of competent social worker, characterized by mobility, ability to adapt to constantly changing conditions. This is due to the creation of an adequate educational environment, that would facilitate the integration of theory and practice, education and professional activity. It is argued, that interactive learning, as the basis of the educational and professional environment, should become the sphere of the student’s self-realization, as well as the social worker in future professional activity. In this article the integral components of the social worker’s professional training system are analyzed, the potential opportunities of interactive training methods are determined. Also, interactive learning is analyzed as an object of educology, according to which all the sciences, involved in the educational process, investigate their aspects of the phenomenon from the standpoint of integrity, interdependence of components. Special attention is paid to the problem of systematizing interactive methods’ possibilities from position of formation of favorable educational and professional environment for competent education. At the same time, the most significant of its integral characteristics are highlighted, which should be taken into account by the professor in the process of organizing the interactive learning: the focus of the environment on socio-humanistic values; adaptability; self-organization and self-management; openness of the environment, mutual interest in cooperation. The presented results of experimental studies of students’ readiness to use interactive teaching methods indicate the significant problems and general directions of their solution.It is argued the necessity to integrate the efforts of all subjects of study, as well as science and practice, comprehensively solve the problems of theoretical substantiation of modernizing the social work sphere and preparation of specialists for it.
