Abstract

The article describes the meaning of the concepts of «professional culture», «culture of professional activity of future managers, which is considered as a high level of professionalism of a person, a way of creative self-realization in professional activity, the process of development, transfer of professional values, the formation of a system of personal meanings, as well as the degree of quality of professional human activity and life». Theoretical approaches to forming the culture of professional activity of the future manager are presented, among which there are: general philosophical, separate scientific, social-psychological, concrete-sociological. Factors of influence on formation of culture of professional activity of future managers are determined. The components of the professional culture and the culture of professional activity of future managers are distinguished. The features of functioning of the culture of professional activity of future managers are specified. The importance of social and psychological qualities of the individual in forming the culture of professional activity of future managers is analyzed. The components of the culture of professional activity of future managers (personal, cognitive, activity) are determined. The effective conditions of the process of forming the culture of professional activity of future managers are determined. Among the number of factors influencing the formation of the culture of professional activity of future managers, the socio-psychological climate of the organization is highlighted. The role of professional activity of future managers is outlined, such as: managerial - decision making; information - gathering information about the external and internal environment, disseminating it in the form of facts and normative settings; the role of the manager is to form relationships within and outside the organization that will motivate employees, coordinate their actions. The importance of orientation of future managers on imitation of general cultural norms, positive attitude to cultural norm and creation of preconditions for formation of readiness to follow cultural norm in their future professional activity are emphasized
