Abstract
The article is devoted the analysis of features and possibilities of blended learning in developing students' information culture as the health-saving factor. The preservation and strengthening of health of children and young people is one of the priorities in designing the educational environment of the gymnasium especially in conditions of information technologies development. The ability to work purposefully with information, apply computer information technology, modern technical methods and means without harm to the health of students is one of the priority issues that need to be addressed in the design process of the educational environment of the gymnasium especially in conditions of information technologies development. The learning process is important, not the information technology itself, and how its use implements the achievement of educational means. Teachers have important task: to learn how to use computer technology correctly and optimally without harm to health. In this regard, relevant is the question of formation of subjects of learning information culture. A significant role in this process is the technology of blended learning. This is an educational technology which involves the combination of information and communication teaching methods with traditional methods and self-learning, a combination of classroom forms of teaching with the virtual network. It`s do not mean just the use of modern interactive technologies in addition to traditional and qualitatively new approach to learning that transforming and sometimes "flips" the classroom. The advantages of this technology are: the possibility of knowledge in a convenient for the student time, at their own pace, in a convenient form (it can be and video downloaded to your smartphone or tablet, the audio lectures uploaded to the player), the possibility of individual consultations with the teacher, provide feedback and increase confidence and activity of students, the ability to save time on lessons and more, create conditions to solve the overload of students in the process of working with a personal digital media. Rational use of blended learning fosters information culture and computer literacy education, which is inextricably linked with care for maintaining the health of the students.
