Abstract

The profession of teacher is one of the most widespread in the society, the state gives the great responsibility to the teacher as the carrier of universal knowledge, clearness of the language, aesthetic culture. Unsolved problems remain during the training of the modern teacher in higher education establishment, connected with outdated teaching methods and technologies, which do not provide the formation of aesthetic culture of future teachers during the professional training. The article formulates the thesis of the concept of aesthetic culture formation of future Ukrainian language and literature teachers, which takes into account the requirements of new standards of higher education of Ukraine, the state concept of the New Ukrainian school, the requirements of a multicultural civil society, the conditions of the labor market, the needs of the individual, as well as ideas of human-centrism, pedagogy of the partnership, subjectsubject relations between teacher and student. The purpose of the author’s concept is to solve the main problem in training of the modern Ukrainian language and literature teacher, with the method of changing outdated content, structure, methods, technologies of teaching by directing them to the formation of the aesthetic culture. The objective of the concept is to revise the content of education in favor of increasing cross-curricular integration, the transition to holistic combinations of approaches, principles, techniques in the process of self-improvement and creative self-realization of future teachers of Ukrainian language and literature. The thesis of the concept is implemented in the educational process of higher education establishment by combining traditional methods and forms of teaching with innovative pedagogical technologies that contribute to the self-development and self-realization of the personality of the future Ukrainian language and literature teacher, form the professional competence and aesthetic culture; ensuring the gradual organization of the process of formation of aesthetic culture of future Ukrainian language and literature teachers in the conditions of functioning of a comfortable aesthetic environment; planning and constant control of their aesthetic activity.
