Abstract

The article is devoted to the important problem of the general technology of creating a structure of the concept of “conception”, and in particular the concept of the development of information and digital competence of future computer technologies specialists in the course of teaching physics and technical disciplines in pedagogical institutions of higher education. We consider the concept of the “conception” as a system of theoretical positions of a single, defining research design and search, which consists of a triune integrative approach: education-science-technology of a certain array of knowledge: the basis of the digitalization of education, which includes the purpose, legal principles, place in the pedagogical theory, the boundary application, operating conditions, resources, platform; definition of categorical apparatus: subject, object, purpose, tasks, main concepts, definitions, defines working definitions, constituent elements and relationships between them, ordering in scientific terminology, systematic ideas, conclusions, their authenticity; the basic ideas of digitization are in the system of principles, postulates, regularities, which are included in the conceptual foundations of the ICC and provide an idea of the object of research; theoretical and methodological foundations are philosophical evaluations, the validity of the theory, methods, effective methods, modernity of technologies, means, scientific assumptions that determine the ascending aspects and the direction of scientific research; meaningful professional filling is ensured through the projection of the theoretical foundations of the ICC for the practical activity of the subjects of learning, the ICC environment, the model of the methodical system of ICC; Copyright position of ITT, automation, robotics, 3D printing; the pedagogical conditions for the effective functioning and development of the ICC include a system of psychological and pedagogical and material measures to ensure the effective development of the ICC, the introduction of digitalisation, ICC components: skills, attitudes, educational resources; Verification of the design and development means that there is a practical confirmation of the theoretical results of the ICC development; the specificity of the pedagogical experiment, the peculiarities of the statistical methods of processing the results.
