Abstract
The article substantiates and characterizes the peculiarities of partnership pedagogy implementing in the Carpathian educational space as a qualitative characteristic actualized in the modern new Ukrainian school context . The need for partnership pedagogy ideas implementing is increased by the emergence of society need for personality capable to respond to the present time challenges, the awareness of the need for educational process subjects collaborative co-operation , and competency approaches to education providing. The article reveals the results of the theoretical and empirical research aimed at revealing the peculiarities and basic approaches to the partnership pedagogy implementation in the Carpathian educational space conditions. The authors specify the main principles of partnership formation as an effective mean for maintaining sustainable and improving the socio-economic development of unique mountainous regions. The article reveals the effective aspects of partnership pedagogy implementation in the Carpathian educational space based on cooperation, the teachers and students community, reflecting the multifunctionality of all influence structures activity and ensuring the educational space work effectiveness in general. The study used both theoretical methods, pedagogical reconstruction methods, focused interviews, representative online poll based on the LimeSurvey system, SWOT analysis of the assessment of educational institution strong and weak sides, the student’s asset, parental asset, community representatives and territorial community authorities; quantitative poll of school employees, schoolchildren’s parents, residents (representative online poll based on LimeSurvey system); the research results presentation, public discussion of results, practical solutions and advice joint developments aimed at pedagogical partnership implementing in the Carpathian region schools), SWOT analysis of the assessment of educational institution strong and weak sides. Based on partnership pedagogy requirements, we have developed a regional experimental research project “Small School of the Carpathian Region. Innovative approaches to functioning and development prospects “, that meant the creation of supporting research centers based on small mountain schools of the Carpathian educational space. The obtained results confirmed the effectiveness of selected aspects of partnership pedagogy implementation in the Carpathian educational space. Implementation of certain ideas allowed to increase significantly the partnership pedagogy ostant level, namely to replace the traditional classroom training with individual, to use innovative and non-traditional studying technologies; to implement competent, differentiated, person-oriented, individual approaches and innovative studying technologies; to plan subject-subjective receiving feedback ways; to promote human values.
