Abstract
This article examines the professional activities of a teacher of law, reveals the ethical requirements for the future specialist. Special attention is paid to the formation of the teacher of law as a professional, promoting the development of his sense of inner imperative of duty and psychological preparation for the future profession. Foreign and domestic experience in the implementation of ethical rules of the lawyer is analyzed, in particular, ethical principles of the legal profession, which was reflected in the General principles for Puutarhasta of lawyers, adopted by the Council of the International Bar Association, the Ethical rules of the lawyer of Association of lawyers of Ukraine, “the Ethical code of the scientist” was adopted by the academic Council of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, which establishes the ethical relationship between all participants of the educational process. The role of European and international standards for the legal profession in the context of the functioning of the legal system of Ukraine. The essence of professional and legal ethics is disclosed. It is stated that professional ethics prevents conflicts and is constantly evolving in the process of social life, and legal ethics forms the ethical standards, namely: professionalism, sincerity, politeness. The role and the place of the deontological approach in the formation of philosophical culture of the future teachers of law are defined and it is stated that deontology preparation involves the formation of deontologiche competence, which is one of the necessary components of professional competence of the teacher of law. Deontology competence includes such components as: motivational sphere, cognitive sphere, sphere of activity, reflective sphere. The author comes to the conclusion that in the system of professional training of the teachers of law there should be taught the legal deontology and professional ethics as the basis for professional training of future highly qualified specialists.
