Abstract

The active development of pedagogical skills in the domestic terrains of a certain historical period in the conditions of higher education has particularly fruitfully produced the development of physical and mathematical sciences due to unification at the international level: numbers, terms, axioms, theorems, formulas, laws. Concentrating the research attention to the peculiarities of the development of exact sciences in this key on the territory of Galicia, their unquestioning relationship with the pedagogical skill, realized by representatives of the Greek-Catholic clergy from the last century, which surrounded the political map of the Western Ukrainian region with its educational centers, should be emphasized. The foundation of the “Jesuit” educational centers in the preceding century affected the growing role of pure mathematics and physics in the social life of Ukrainians, whose status steadily increased through the widespread popularization of their significance at the general civilization level. Valuable experience of pedagogical skills, backed by high level of education of motivated teaching staff, actualized the effective preparation of the younger generation on the basis of existing educational centers. The objective necessity of mastering mathematical vertices, through the pedagogical skills, was actualized by the development of mathematical analysis in European higher schools. The widespread popularity of this mathematical direction was due to the need for the development of related disciplines, which required indisputable evidence - the so-called logical “chains” of certain thoughtful operations. Mathematicians during the studied period performed not only a certain sociocultural function, but primarily historical and pedagogical - actualized the training of specialists of the new “sample”. Such specialists in the educational-scientific field were distinguished by “sharp” rationalism and expressive pragmatism, which confirmed the world recognition of teachers of Ukrainian origin.
