Abstract

In the article Design of Managing the Development of Information and Educational Environment of Educational Institutions in Modern Society by M. Topuzov, functionality, complexity of tasks and the application of management information systems, specialized computer learning management systems (LMS), learning content management systems (LCMS-system) were considered from the position of their integration into information-educational environment of educational institutions and educational environment of learning as well as their impact on development processes. The conceptual approaches to designing the models of SMART-school education and SMART-University were provided. They are based on the principles of information integration, educational and economic resources of public regulation and market self-regulation, the principles of predictability, development, «Social – Mobile – Access – Regulated – Technology», the concept of freedom of choice and information use. The essence of the basic concept information was revealed; the characteristic features of information and educational environment in the educational institution and the strategy for its design as well as technological development of recommendations were considered. They can be applied in the process of modernization of education management system, improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism of information, processing the programs for the socioeconomic development of education. The specificity of educational management in terms of information and educational environment of the educational institution; pedagogical design as a mechanism for improvement and focused conversion of educational environment of the subjects of learning were studied.
