Abstract
Artistic self-educational activities of music teacher’s are analyzed as a scientific problem. The category of «artistic self-education» of music teacher’s is defined. Main priority targets and indicators of artistic self-education of music teacher’s are outlined. The mechanisms of stimulation of artistic self-education of music teacher’s, their self-education skills as a condition for the implementation of creativity are described. In this article there have been analyzed the category of «self-education» as a constant process of the professional skills development, psycho-pedagogical and methodological training, creativity in teaching activities, which contributes to the effective preparation of a competitive teacher. The role of self-education in the professional development of music teachers as well as the ways to optimize the educational process in the system of pedagogical postgraduate education are analyzed. The article deals with the question of the motivational sphere of self-education of music teachers; it also describes the properties of self-education. The components of an individual program of self-education is represented to implement the principles of lifelong learning. Self-educational activities of teachers of artistic disciplines are investigated as a priority area of personal and professional development in the system of pedagogical postgraduate education. The active position of a human as a subject of professional activities in the context of the priority direction of educational space modernization is justified in the introduction. The directions of practical implementation of an individual self-education program are defined. The classification of components of the individual self-education program of artistic disciplines specialists in the system of pedagogical education is outlined. The article proved the idea that designing the individual program of self-education plays a significant role in the process of improvement of a modern professional who must have a wide range of professional knowledge. The basic importance of mastering innovative skills in the context of self-education as a component of music teacher professionalism is determined in the article. The role of self-education in the development of educational strategy of professional art education is defined. The article content meets modern notions of personal and professional values of a music teacher. The concept of education and self-education logical connections in a teaching profession is revealed. The relevance of the article material implements present requests and helps reveal priority issues of modern art pedagogical thought as well as deepen scientific principles of continuing education.
