Abstract

Innovation projects in education, as well as any other activities are implemented in accordance with certain preconditions. A great number of social, scientific and practical preconditions for realization innovation pedagogical projects in the system of general secondary education is reviewed in the article as well as external and internal ones, positive and negative ones. The author provides evidence for achieving high-performance pedagogical project activity based on the thesis about through and detailed study, understanding and considering certain preconditions in pedagogical activity. The mentioned preconditions exist in the society and any way they affect the process of updating the content and teaching methods. Based on today’s social conditions and situation in Ukrainian school education theauthor makes an attempt of certain systematization of some prerequisites in innovation pedagogical projecting. The author mentions positive as well as negative preconditions for project activities in the system of secondary schools. Often they result in the overall external situation degradation such as the lack of understanding the needs and conditions for societal changes. Besides it refers to the internal problems in the education system such as the lack of finance for innovation project activities, the lack / inadequacy of the educators’ training system for realizing project activity, poor support of education managers’ competence in the sphere of pedagogical projects. The author concludes that pedagogical projecting becomes effective and powerful tool for updating school education due to in-depth study, understanding and minimizing the negative assumptions as well as relying upon every positive factor encouraging innovation activities.
