Abstract

The article reveals peculiarities of the modern competent educational environment and emphasizes the new type of educational results – competence. The analysis of scientific literature has shown that the “dialogue platform” is a promising way of implementing a modern competence lesson. The dialogue platform is considered as an active environment for a modern competence lesson that allows students to creatively realize themselves and receive their own educational products. The type and format of dialogue platforms depend on the subject of the lesson, its goals (expected results), that is, the final educational product of the lesson and methods, techniques and technologies that will be implemented for its creation. The dialogue platform can cover part of a lesson, a whole lesson, or several lessons. Effective for the dialogue platform is the solving of competency-oriented or situational tasks in which students acquire knowledge, formulate and define algorithms for creating concepts, deduct regularities. The teacher must organize the students’ activities on the dialogue platform by using modern teaching methods and technologies. A teacher can and must offer students various activities while taking into account the differentiation of education. The teacher provides students with the opportunity to choose their own way of creating an educational product. In this case, the peculiarities of educational subjects, individual motives and peculiarities of cognitive activity are taken into consideration. Therefore, the position of the teacher on the dialogue platform is determined as a multidimensional phenomenon that combines knowledge, emotions, values, and behavior, which reflect the psychological and practical readiness of the teacher to interact with the students in the process of creating an educational product.
