Abstract
In the article, the authors note that in modern conditions, the analysis of the realities of the educational system of Ukraine is extremely relevant, which leads to the appeal of the scientific community to the problem of education transformation. Therefore, it was determined that the problem of the role of creativity as a key competence and an integral result of the quality of the management process in the educational sphere is important. The appeal to the theory of "Society 5.0" and its constituent concept "Education 5.0" was based on the need to determine the content and directions of transformational processes in the education of Ukraine in the conditions of martial law and post-war reconstruction. The logic of scientific analysis has not without reason led to the consideration of the most modern, perhaps excessively "revolutionary", forecasts regarding the trajectories of the future development of education. On the basis of the conducted research, the author's vision of the essence of management activity in "Education 5.0" and its key features are determined.
The article focuses on the need for the country's government, the public, and the pedagogical community to rethink the content and model of education transformation, mechanisms for managing transformational processes, to develop a clear vision of directions for the development of management activities in the context of the requirements of Society 5.0, which will take into account both the real opportunities of the domestic economy, as well as global development trends and global challenges. The purpose of the article is to analyze and identify the essence, key features and purpose of the professional activity of the head of the educational institution in "Education 5.0". Research methods: analysis, systematization and generalization of the results of pedagogical research by domestic and foreign scientists in order to actualize the problems of managing transformational processes in the educational sphere and substantiate the essence of managerial activity in "Education 5.0.
