Abstract
The article comprehensively examines the process of education digitalization based on the implementation and effective use of modern cloud technologies. It highlights how digital transformation fundamentally changes traditional teaching and learning methods, creating new opportunities for collaboration, accessibility, and personalized learning experiences. The main digital tools and platforms used in educational institutions to build an effective, interactive, and secure learning environment are thoroughly described.
The study emphasizes the importance of cloud-based ecosystems that support communication between teachers and students, facilitate distance and hybrid learning, and enable real-time access to educational materials from any device. Among the discussed solutions, particular attention is paid to services such as Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Moodle, and Canva for Education, which provide a wide range of functionalities — from document sharing and teamwork to online classes, assessments, and creative content design.
The role of the teacher in a digital educational environment is analyzed not only as a transmitter of knowledge but also as a coordinator, mentor, and facilitator who guides students through the digital learning process. The article underscores the necessity for educators to continuously develop their own digital competencies and to foster digital literacy, critical thinking, and responsible online behavior among students.
Furthermore, the article discusses the benefits and challenges of digitalization in education, including issues of cybersecurity, data privacy, and equitable access to technology. The integration of cloud technologies is presented as a strategic direction for improving the quality of education, enhancing its inclusiveness, and preparing both teachers and learners for the demands of the modern information society.
