The scientific journal Ukrainian Educational Journal adheres to an open access policy.
The journal’s content is freely available to all users and/or their institutions without charge. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without prior permission from the publisher or the copyright holder. This is consistent with the definition of open access established by the BOAI (Budapest Open Access Initiative).
Licensing
The licensing terms provide that authors retain copyright to their work while granting the journal the right of first publication under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike License (CC BY-NC-SA).
This license permits users of the journal’s website to freely read, download, distribute, edit, adapt, and build upon the articles for non-commercial purposes, provided that proper attribution is given to the original authors and that derivative works are distributed under the same terms.
This type of license is recommended for the widest possible dissemination and use of licensed materials.
Copyright
Authors publishing in the Ukrainian Educational Journal retain full copyright to their work. Submission of a manuscript implies granting the journal the right of first publication and a non-exclusive license to distribute the work.
Authors must ensure that the submitted work is original, does not infringe upon the rights of third parties, and has not been previously published. Use of journal materials by third parties is permitted only with proper attribution and in accordance with the terms of the journal’s license.
Privacy Policy
The editorial board of the scientific journal is committed to establishing trust-based relationships with authors and reviewers and therefore ensures confidentiality during the submission and peer review process.
Editors who directly communicate with authors are responsible for safeguarding all confidential personal data.
By submitting manuscripts to the journal, authors consent to the processing of their personal data. The editorial board guarantees that such data will not be used for purposes other than editorial activities and will not be transferred to third parties for commercial purposes or used for research activities.
In cases of investigation of misconduct and/or plagiarism, the editorial board may be required to disclose personal information, as it is expected to fully cooperate with such investigations.
Authors’ affiliations and email addresses are published on the first page of each article and are considered part of publicly available information. If an author does not wish to publish their email address, they must inform the editorial board in advance (at the time of submission or during the review process, prior to publication).
Since authors’ affiliations are an integral part of article indexing in international databases and electronic libraries, this information should be considered publicly available. Authors are encouraged to allow its publication.
