Abstract
The article considers various approaches to the study and diagnosis of creativity, creative activity in the psychological and pedagogical literature, describes the features of its development, defines various aspects of creativity: nature, structural components, influencing factors, the relationship with intelligence and other human properties, the description of the primary school teacher is given. The place and role of creativity in the educational process as one of the directions of modern education are defined, the stages of the creative process are considered as follows: search of problems, preparation, awareness, verification and application; the concepts of pedagogical creativity and pedagogy of creativity are interpreted; components of the creative potential of the personality of the future primary school teacher, his/her features, characteristics, qualities are described; criteria and structural components of creative pedagogical activity of the future primary school teacher are determined. It is investigated that the development of personality is given a great role in the creative process. Creativity is studied as a necessary component of the work of the future primary school teacher, it is an individual psychological condition for success and a form of reflection of the structure of pedagogical activity. It was found that the creativity of the future primary school teacher is defined in the presence of critical and creative thinking; its characteristics are flexibility, originality, imagination, intuition, initiative. It is proved that important role in the formation of creative activity of future professionals is the presence of both concrete and abstract knowledge, the ability to draw logical conclusions, compare, carry out activities in several areas, the ability to analyze, give experience, generate new ideas, hypotheses in the process of solving problems, generalization and systematization, consistent and logical justification of their actions, the search for non-standard approaches to achieving the goal, foreseeing the results of their activities, determining the search strategy of independent ways of solving problems. It is determined that it is important for the creative activity of the future teacher to solve the problem of creative potential development, a study of structure, basic indicators, optimal conditions for the formation of important professional qualities.
