Abstract
Features of formation of health-oriented management skills of future managers in the context of laws and categories of philosophy are grounded. The essence of philosophical concepts “agnosticism” and “existentialism” are revealed. The methodological shortcomings and prospects of improvement of the system of formation of health-oriented management skills of future managers are revealed. Basic laws and categories of philosophy for improving the content of professional education of students-managers are concretized. It is stated that methodological analysis of the process of forming management skills of future managers should foresee and explain ways of combining knowledge and activities, structure, organization, methods of obtaining and substantiating of professionally important skills. The point is about the complexity of the process of improving the professional education system of future managers, which requires the study of many modern pedagogical innovations in the context of laws and categories of philosophy. It is indicated that the competence of future managers in the questions of creation of a health-oriented environment of the organization acts as a philosophical category of a more complex level, as the change of some professional priorities of a person to other, as a transition from one type of professional skill to another. The following aspects are considered: the science of human management approaches to the holistic scientific knowledge of human; the modern management process in the organization without orientation on preserving employees’ health can’t be considered effective; the essential links between the various processes occurring in the human body are like the guidelines that put forward the neediness of health-oriented management in the organization.
