Анотація
Анотація. У статті актуалізовано проблему формування моральних якостей майбутніх педагогів в умовах воєнного стану, цифровізації освітнього процесу та інтеграції національної системи в європейський освітній простір. Обґрунтовано необхідність удосконалення підходів до моральної підготовки майбутніх педагогів із урахуванням викликів цифрового середовища та сучасних вимог до педагогічної професії. Розроблено структурно-функціональну модель формування моральних якостей майбутніх педагогів у закладі вищої освіти, що охоплює чотири взаємопов’язані компоненти: методологічно-цільовий, змістовий, процесуально-технологічний та оцінювально-діагностичний. Визначено послідовність їх реалізації – від усвідомлення моральних цінностей до їх закріплення у професійній поведінці. Обґрунтовано організаційно-педагогічні умови реалізації моделі: інтеграція морального виховання у професійну підготовку; системна діагностика; застосування активних методів навчання; поєднання традиційних та цифрових форм; стимулювання саморозвитку студентів. Особливу увагу приділено доброчесному підходу та етичним ризикам цифровізації. Порівняльний аналіз вітчизняних і зарубіжних досліджень засвідчив доцільність поєднання традиційних педагогічних підходів із цифровими інструментами та адаптації міжнародного досвіду до українських реалій. Новизна дослідження полягає в системному представленні компонентів, педагогічних умов і механізмів формування моральних якостей майбутніх педагогів у межах цілісної структурно-функціональної моделі. Запропонована модель може бути використана в освітньому процесі закладів вищої педагогічної освіти для системного формування моральних якостей майбутніх учителів.
