Анотація
Штучний інтелект (ШІ) набуває все більшої популярності та практичного впровадження в сучасному світі. Актуальним у цьому контексті постає завдання етичного використання ШІ в діяльності університетів на основі врахування його переваг і потенційних ризиків, а також ретельного аналізу його впливу. Метою дослідження є здійснення теоретичного аналізу існуючих концептуальних підходів щодо застосування ШІ в стратегічній та операційній діяльності університетів. У дослідженні використано методи аналізу, синтезу, контент аналізу документів UNESCO, OESD, EU та наукових праць за темою ШІ. На основі аналізу досліджень зарубіжних та українських вчених виокремлено проблеми використання ШІ у вищій освіті. Обґрунтувано та висвітлено переваги, недоліки, можливості використання інструментів та сервісів ШІ у навчанні, викладанні, оцінюванні, дослідницькій діяльності, третій місії та врядуванні університетів.
